2. SCHOOLING CERTIFICATE
3. ID DOCUMENT
4. ACADEMIC RECORD AT OTHER INSTITUTIONS
5. SAPS POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE
(Can be obtained at your local police station or Postnet)
6. COLOUR PASSPORT-SIZE PHOTOGRAPH
7. DRIVER’S LICENSE
8. HEALTH CERTIFICATE VERIFIED BY MEDICAL PRACTITIONER
(Can be obtained at your local clinic or a doctor of your choice)
