Paragon +Impact engaged and worked with Tracker Academy to identify their priorities and to ascertain which of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were most material to the organisation. This process, known as a ‘Double Materiality’ assessment, helped identify potential areas of risk or impact (financial, social or environmental) that might arise due to Tracker Academy’s operational activities and their impact on the SDGs.
Six SDGs were identified as most material to Tracker Academy’s mission and operations, in terms of both risk and impact: SDG 1 (No Poverty); SDG 4 (Quality Education); SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth); SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities); SDG 15 (Life on Land); and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
